Wanderlust Dive Center is responsible for the processing of personal data obtained from visitors via, for example, e-mail, telephone or through the use of the website. In this privacy and cookie statement we explain how we handle this personal data.

What personal data are collected by us and what do we use it for?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Delivery of your order
For your order we need your (company) name, e-mail address, address (es), payment details and sometimes also your telephone number. This information is necessary to process your order, to keep you informed and to process your order as quickly and easily as possible.

My account
For an account on our website you must provide a number of details, including your (company) name, address(es), telephone number, e-mail address, delivery and payment details and interests. We store this data in our systems. In addition, we store data about your previous orders so that you can easily find them via your account. We process this personal data to enable and improve your ordering process.

Our customer service
In order to be able to help you quickly with questions via our customer service, we use the personal data you provide and take notes of the conversation. These notes of your contact with us are kept to help us answer your question, prepare analyses and improve our services.

We offer a number of services around repair, warranty and returns of our products. To determine whether your product is eligible for warranty or repair, we use your order details and the personal data you have provided.

If you have given us prior permission, we will keep you informed of our offers, promotions and our assortment via our newsletters. We compile the newsletters based on your personal data, such as your previous orders and surfing behaviour. That makes the newsletter more interesting for you.
